In the year 1986, Mr. Vijay Nikalje started career in the Indian Navy and completed his mechanical Engineering Degree and having vast experience of handling big projects as a ship building architecture.
He was assigned Chief instructor to trained the 1-Gujrat, Naval unit Ahmedabad NCC Cadets in the year 1998. He completed his tenure in the year 2001.
Mr. Vijay Nikalje, he imparts the skill development training.
